After the session, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack with information about your next steps, along with personalised tips based on your progress. Photos and videos from the session will also be shared digitally for you to enjoy and share.
What denominations are available for gift vouchers?
As this is a Gift Experience, there are only two prices: £149 for ages 15, and £199 for ages 16+.
Are there any fees associated with purchasing or using the gift voucher?
No, you only pay the price of the gift voucher—£149 or £199.
Where can the gift voucher be redeemed?
Vouchers can be redeemed at Mischemix Academy for a studio experience or applied towards a bundle of lessons.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Can the gift voucher be used more than once?
No, vouchers can only be used once. Once the session has taken place, the balance will be zero.
What happens if the gift voucher is lost or stolen?
We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers. However, if you provide the purchaser’s name and purchase date, and the voucher hasn’t been redeemed, we may be able to honour this for you.

No, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
